Inviting, lovingly cared for home, in safe and desirable Portola neighborhood of San Francisco.… Enter through the classic San Francisco breezeway entrance to your spacious flat. The home itself is very clean and has great mid-century modern finishes, beautiful hardwood floors, discrete upstairs deck off the main bedroom looks over the owners yard. The home comes with three spacious bedrooms, each with queen sized beds and high thread count linens. Spacious, comfortable living spaces abound, with tons of light throughout the day.
Included in rent is a $200 monthly credit for utilities ( electricity, gas, water, trash collection) and internet. Overages will be billed monthly as incurred.
For professionals, interns and work from home folks, we can provide desks/ desk chairs for each bedroom ( and Gigabit wifi is included already).
For families with small children, we can provide a fun sized crib with a very comfy mattress, childs chair/ booster seat, baby gates, and outlet safety plugs as needed.
People love the neighborhood because its quiet and safe, with easy access anywhere in the city shopping close by and great little Asian restaurants on nearby San Bruno Ave.
Located just a few blocks away is McLaren Park (the second largest park in the City), Jerry Garcia Amphitheater and vibrant San Bruno Ave. McLaren park also includes the City Golf Course with great views of the City and Bay.
Easy freeway/SFO access, short bike/bus ride or drive to the Civic center (we're a world away from crowded downtown SF, yet a quick hop to get there). A short 30 minutes to Stanford/Palo Alto, Facebook, Google, and the heart of Silicon Vally; 25 minutes to the Golden Gate; and 35 minutes to Sausalito and the North Bay; 20 minutes to Berkeley and the East Bay, and 15 mins by car to downtown San Francisco. Public transportation to downtown is a block away and about a 30 min bus ride to the Ferry Building downtown.
The home is only available for monthly rental up to 10 months. Longer terms may be considered but we have family that visits so we typically use the home so we don't do long term leases.
