House Layout: This fully furnished home features two bedrooms, one full bathroom, a dedicated office space with a couch, a kitchen with a dishwasher, and comfortable living areas. Utilities, high-speed internet, lawn care, and in-home laundry are included for your convenience. Guests have access to the main living areas of the home, including the bedrooms, bathroom, kitchen, office, yard, and driveway. Mobility/Accessibility: There are two entrances to the home, both require 5 or more steps to enter the home. The washer and dryer are located in the basement. Access to the laundry area requires using approximately 12 stairs, which may not be suitable for guests with mobility limitations. Restricted Areas: * The garage is reserved exclusively for the homeowners and is not available for tenant use. Guests will enjoy a large private driveway with parking for up to three vehicles. A garage is located on-site but is reserved exclusively for the homeowners at this time. Should garage access become available in the future, the listing will be updated accordingly. * The fireplace is decorative only and may not be used under any circumstances. Property Care: * Guests are expected to maintain the home in a clean and orderly condition. * Please promptly report any maintenance concerns or damage. * Furniture should not be removed from the property. * Alterations, mounting hardware, painting, or modifications to the home are not permitted. Safety & Security: * Exterior security cameras are in use for property monitoring and security purposes. * Tampering with, disabling, or obstructing security equipment is prohibited. * Doors and windows should be secured whenever leaving the property. Illegal Activity: * Illegal activity of any kind is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate termination of the rental agreement. Moving Out: * Upon departure, guests should remove personal belongings, dispose of trash, place used towels in the designated area, and leave the property in reasonably clean condition. Parties & Gatherings: * Parties, events, celebrations, or gatherings of any kind are strictly prohibited. * The home is intended for residential use only. Noise & Quiet Enjoyment: * Loud music, excessive noise, disruptive behavior, or activities that disturb neighbors are not permitted. * Quiet hours should be observed between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM. Smoking & Tobacco-Free Property: * Smoking of any kind is strictly prohibited anywhere on the property. * This includes cigarettes, cigars, pipes, vaping devices, marijuana, and any other smoking products. * Evidence of smoking may result in additional cleaning charges and/or termination of the rental agreement. Pet Policy: * No pets are permitted to enter the property under any circumstances. Parking: * Parking is limited to the driveway. * The driveway can accommodate up to three vehicles. * Street parking should comply with all local ordinances and restrictions
