This includes cigarettes, cigars, pipes, e-cigarettes, vaping devices, marijuana, and all other smoking products. Evidence of smoking may result in additional cleaning charges, repair costs, and other remedies permitted under the lease. Pet Policy No pets are permitted on the property at any time without the landlord's prior written approval. Parking Parking is limited to the driveway and detached garage. The driveway accommodates up to three vehicles. Street parking must comply with all local ordinances and homeowner or municipal restrictions, if applicable. Utilities & Lawn Care Tenant is responsible for all utilities unless otherwise specified in the lease. Tenant is responsible for routine lawn care and snow removal unless otherwise agreed in writing.
