Month to month lease, can terminate if not a good fit. No pets allowed (I have dogs, I don't want them to gang up on yours). No smoking inside. Parking for two vehicles. Responsible for keeping areas clean, and free of trash and clutter. (Do not want mice or bug issues) Can re paint (will even take it out of rent if tasteful). No overnight guests without prior approval. Mutual respectful living environments. Will need to help me come up with cooking/laundry hours. 12 o clock quiet hours on weekdays. There are cameras in common areas (very visible, just there to protect assets and animals). Also first, last and 250 refundable deposit due. Once your application is complete, will give you link for background check site, and a rental agreement! I really want this to work out I'm just as nervous as you are!

Shared kitchen, pantry, laundry room.… Ample space in each bedroom with closet space as well as a large pantry. The downstairs living room also has a great built in, as well as a closet for additional storage. No shortage of storage in this space! Bathroom has a walk in shower and was recently renovated. Move in ready! Very spacious basement living space
Housemate details
Full time postal worker, clean and organized. Quiet, I enjoy video games and golf. Don't really drink. Cook a lot. Need roommate who is also clean and not a partyer. 2 good dogs.
