All applicants must provide the following: -Government issued photo ID/Driver's License -2 months pay stubs or award letter to verify income -2 months bank statements -Tax return for previous year (must include schedule C and any 1099's if claiming self-employment income) Applications will be processed in the order received. In the event we receive multiple applicants for the same property, the best qualified applicant will be offered the rental first. The unit will be held for a maximum of 14 days prior to the start of lease with a holding deposit.
