Lease terms

Minimum 3-year lease beginning July 16, 2026, and ending July 15, 2029. Monthly rent is $1,100, due on the 1st of each month. Tenant is responsible for all utilities, including water, gas, and electricity. A payment equal to the first and last month's rent ($2,200 total) is due before move-in. The property is rented as-is, and the tenant agrees to maintain the home in a clean and safe condition. The Landlord is not responsible for parking tickets, towing, or damage to vehicles. No pets are permitted on the property without the Landlord's prior written approval. If approved, the Tenant is responsible for any damage, cleaning costs, or disturbances caused by the pet and must comply with all local laws regarding pet ownership. The lease is subject to a completed rental application, background screening, and verification of income and identity.
