For anyone looking for a hidden gem right in the middle of Broadripple, this spot is ideal!… This little hideaway is perfectly located, tucked out of sight, yet also feet away from everything. College Ave and all the shopping and entertainment is right out the door. This house is a 1 BR loft that once served as a carriage house to the larger property in front of it. The house is updated and modern with nice features, lots of special extras, and even a couple easter eggs for you to find. The kitchen is well designed with plenty of storage.
