Lease Terms This is a month to month rental. Monthly rent is $1025 for a private furnished room with a private bathroom. There is also rooms available for $900 per month for a furnished room with shared bathroom. There is 3 rooms available at this time. A $500 security deposit is required. Rent includes all utilities (electricity, water, garbage, and high-speed internet). Tenants are responsible for their own toiletries, foods, and personal supplies. Single occupancy only. No couples, children, or pets. No smoking, vaping, illegal drugs, or excessive alcohol use on the property. To maintain a peaceful environment for all residents, quiet hours are from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM. No overnight guests. Applicants may be subject to background, income, and rental history verification. All tenants are expected to keep common areas clean and treat the home with respect. Failure to follow house rules may result in termination of tenancy in accordance with applicable laws.
