12 months. $1175/mo. Security Deposit of $1175 and First Months Rent of $1175 due prior to move in. Total of $2350. Pet Deposit of $250 per animal, due prior to move in. Assistance Animals (Service Animals and Emotional Support Animals) Landlord complies with all applicable federal, state, and local fair housing laws regarding reasonable accommodations for qualified individuals with disabilities who require an assistance animal. Pets are subject to the pet fees, deposits, and monthly pet rent set forth in this Lease. Assistance animals that qualify as reasonable accommodations are not considered pets and are not subject to pet fees or pet rent. Any tenant requesting an accommodation for an assistance animal must submit a written request along with reliable documentation, when permitted by law, establishing both (1) the existence of a qualifying disability if it is not readily apparent, and (2) the disability-related need for the assistance animal. Documentation may be verified for authenticity to the extent permitted by law. Online registrations, identification cards, certificates, vests, or similar items, standing alone, do not establish entitlement to a reasonable accommodation. Knowingly providing false or fraudulent information or documentation in support of an accommodation request may result in denial of the request and any other remedies available under applicable law.
