The bathroom is only 3 feet away from both bedrooms, and it has plenty of room for whatever is needed in a bathroom!
And the walk-in shower is really big!
Here is the "second" bedroom, set up with two twin-XL beds. This bedroom could also fit one king or queen bed; without beds, it could nicely serve as an office or study room.

From the front door of your building (at 516 South 12th Street) to the entrance to the parking lot, it is a one-minute walk.

The parking lot has 69 parking spots. There are two entrances-- one on 12th Street, and the other on 13th Street. You will be able to see your car from your bedroom windows.

You can barbecue, or even do a bit of gardening!
Although you can bring your bike into your rental unit, you can instead choose to lock it up in the parking lot, in an area adjacent to our garden patio, where it cannot be seen from the street.
We are right at the corner of 12th and South, and just a two-minute walk from Acme and Whole Foods, plus PNC, Chase and Citizens Banks, plus several restaurants.

This is a modern and spacious (1008 square feet) first-rate, 2 bedroom apartment (it is the entire 2nd floor of a 3-floor Center City condo building) with a front balcony, a rear patio for get-togethers, gardening and barbecuing, a secure bike rack in the patio, and optional off-street parking in a securely gated parking lot. There is no surcharge if you have a cat or dog. PLEASE NOTE: this is a no-smoking, no vaping unit! Each bedroom can be set up with one king or queen bed, or with two twin or twin XL beds, and thus the apartment will accommodate up to 4 people. And if one of the bedrooms isn't needed for sleeping, then it can be set up as a office/study area. The Rental includes: heat and air conditioning via a central HVAC system that will keep you comfortable all year around; washer/dryer in the apartment; fully equipped modern kitchen with dishwasher and microwave oven; pre-wired for high-speed Wi-Fi and cable TV; the opportunity to rent ($350/mo) a reserved parking spot in our gated off-street parking lot; gated patio/gardening/barbecue area, and bike rack. Robert, the Owner, lives right next door, and so if there's a problem, he is right there to help you, and to make sure that all maintenance issues are quickly resolved.
