Lease terms

Utilities: The Landlord shall be responsible for the payment of water and sewer charges. The Tenant shall be responsible for the payment of all other utilities, including but not limited to electricity, gas, internet, and any other services or charges associated with the leased property. Lawn Care and Snow Removal: The Tenant shall be responsible for the maintenance of the lawn and the removal of snow and ice from the property, including driveways, sidewalks, and walkways. The Tenant shall ensure that the property remains in good condition and accessible at all times. No Smoking: Smoking of any kind, including but not limited to tobacco, e-cigarettes, and other substances, is strictly prohibited on the premises, including inside the rental unit, on patios, balconies, and in any common areas. Pets: The Tenant is allowed a maximum of two (2) pets. The Tenant must obtain prior written approval from the Landlord for any pets. A pet deposit or additional monthly pet fee may be required as determined by the Landlord.
