Lease terms

Lease term: 6 month Owner pays for: Water & electricity Tenant responsibilities: Keep the property clean, promptly report maintenance issues, replace HVAC filters if requested, and be responsible for repairs resulting from tenant negligence, misuse, or damage beyond normal wear and tear. Rent: Due on the last day of each month. Last month's rent is due at lease signing and will be applied to the final month of the lease (currently April 24, 2027, for the initial lease term). Security deposit: 500$, due at signing. No smoking or vaping is permitted inside the home. Pets: Negotiable and subject to owner approval. Additional pet fees or deposits may apply. Parking: On-site parking is available. No parking on lawns or in areas that obstruct neighboring properties. Landscaping: Tenant is responsible for keeping the yard reasonably maintained during the lease unless otherwise agreed in writing. Utilities: Tenant must use utilities responsibly and notify the owner immediately of any leaks, outages, or issues that could cause property damage. Please send email of any fix or damage. Prohibit alterations (painting, mounting TVs, installing fixtures, etc.) without written approval. Specify that lost keys, garage remotes, or access devices are replaced at the tenant's expense. Move-out: Property must be returned in substantially the same condition as received
