I'm looking for a female roommate to rent out my second bedroom in my home, located in the Butler-Tarkington area near Butler University. One level home. Hardwood floors. Your room is approximately 9' x 10', and rent is $900/month plus shared utilities. The home is 912 sq. ft. with one shared bathroom. In-Unit Washer and Dryer, Driveway parking available. Additional storage in detached garage
Ideally, I'd love to find another young professional or someone currently in grad school who is a non-smoker

A little about me:
I'm an early riser and usually start my mornings by working out at the gym. I work a typical Monday Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. schedule.
Weekends are usually spent around the house, hanging out with friends, checking out farmers markets, or attending local Indianapolis events. Love finding good local eats too!
I have a friendly 65-pound black lab mix named Bruno who has free rein of the house, so being comfortable with dogs is a must!
