All utility fees including water, electricity, cable, internet, are all included in rent. A $300 cleaning fee will be collected at the time of signing lease along with rent and security deposit.

There is a deck with two chairs. The kitchen has a range, microwave, and full size refrigerator and freezer. All plates, spoons, cups, pots, pans, toaster, and coffee maker.

The complete washer and dryer cycle is about five and a half hours but is pretty much add the detergent, set, and forget, until the cycle is complete.
