Each of the three bedrooms is furnished with gel hybrid foam mattresses, bamboo sheets, and down alternative pillows for a restful night's sleep. The bathrooms are stocked with essentials including shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hair dryers, and fresh towels. A washer and dryer are available for guest use. Enjoy a private, fully fenced yard with a patio and barbecue grill, perfect for kids and pets to play safely. A swing set is also available. The extended gravel driveway accommodates trailers, toy haulers, trucks, and multiple vehicles, with enough space for up to 5 vehicles. Parking is available in the west side driveway only. A massage therapist is available on site; guests interested in booking a massage can inquire for details. Conveniently located just a short walk from the town center, this home is ideal for exploring Mount Pleasant and nearby outdoor activities. It's situated directly across from the high school's athletic facilities, including a running track, football field, baseball diamonds, tennis courts, and a soccer field. The homeowner lives in Unit B below, but the home is well-constructed, and guests generally do not hear Unit B. Please do not park in the south driveway, which is for homeowner access only. This is a 100% smoke-free property; any violation will result in a $200 per day fine. Undisclosed or unauthorized pets will incur a $250 fee. Approved pets and Emotional Support Animals (ESAs) incur a pet fee that can be found in the listing. ADA-recognized Service Animals stay for free. Guests must clean up after their pet, with a $25 fee per instance of uncollected waste outdoors. Guests are responsible for professional cleaning costs for indoor "accidents" and the full cost of any property damage caused by pets. Early check-in/late check-out requests require 24 hours' notice and are subject to availability and a fee. Unauthorized late check-outs will be charged a fee. Consumables, including an initial supply of paper goods, soaps, sponges, and detergents, are provided; any additional supplies needed are the guest's responsibility.
