Cosigners with high credit score and income can help meet the credit and income requirements. Applicants with credit history showing outstanding Collections and/or a history of not paying bills, will not be approved. No felonies in last 10 years. No gross misdemeanors in last 5 years. No evictions. No smoking, No vaping, NO drugs. First and last month's rent, first and last months utilities, plus security deposit due via cashiers check at move in. To reduce move in cost, last months rent can instead be split up and paid along with second and third month rent. Utilities: tenant pays own electric. Water+sewer+garbage+recycling=$115/month.
