The light-filled, bargeboard lined kitchen and dining room in the back boast 14-foot ceilings and are outfitted with new stainless steel appliances, including a gas range with hood, dishwasher, and garbage disposal. Glass-paned french doors (with a pair of stormproof doors on the outside) open out onto the tree-shaded patio. The main house has a washer and dryer, central A/C/H, and ceiling fans. The attic provides extra storage. BONUS TINY HOUSE (studio): There's a bonus tiny house out back with a lofted Queen-sized bed and its own screened porch overlooking the fire pit. It has an A/C window unit and partial kitchen/bathroom complete with mini fridge, hot and cold water, and a high-tech compost toilet. YARD & GARDENS: The yard has a big wooden fence that opens to the front, raised beds lining the sides, and mature perennial bushes (including blueberries) and trees, big and small.
