Utilities & Responsibilities Tenant is responsible for all utilities, including water (municipal and Veolia), electricity and gas (PSE&G). Tenant is responsible for internet and cable service (in tenant's name). Owner Management Owner management will maintain the premises, including the water heater, appliances, and furnace, and will fulfill all traditional landlord responsibilities in accordance with New Jersey state law. Rental Requirements & Expectations (Deal Breakers) Applicants must provide proof of funds and recent pay stubs demonstrating stable income. A credit check will be conducted, which includes background screening as permitted by law. No smoking permitted in the unit. The apartment must be maintained in clean condition at all times to prevent odors and pest infestation. Any odors (including smoke) requiring professional remediation to restore the unit will be billed to the tenant. If the unit is not maintained in the condition in which it was delivered, professional cleaning services may be obtained at the tenant's expense. Failure to maintain cleanliness resulting in pest issues will require professional pest control services, billed to the tenant. This property is professionally managed and well maintained. We are seeking responsible tenants who will care for the home and meet their lease obligations.
