* Please note this is a Private ROOM available, it is NOT the entire house* I am looking to secure a second tenant (Preferable Female) to take over the remainder of the lease from now until February with the possibility to renew for another 12-month lease. This is a fully furnished 2 bedroom 2.5 bathroom townhouse including the available bedroom (Can be rented unfurnished with notice). The available bedroom has its own private bathroom & closet, both rooms are located on the second floor. Washer & Dryer also on premises. The community is quiet and safe. You'll have your own assigned parking spot & gate code for guest. Amenities include: community pool, club house, walking path and playground. Rent is $1300 plus utilities (handled between you & current tenant) . The current tenant is around age 28 & we're looking for another female close in age. Prior to moving in, approval is REQUIRED through the HOA with a non-refundable $250 application fee. The approval process can take anywhere between 15-30 days so please keep that in mind. $700 deposit is required but can be applied toward rent. With this being my first property, I am looking for someone who will take care of the space, be responsible and communicate as needed. At this time, NOT accepting tenants with pets.
