The rent varies from $2300 to $2500 as rooms vary in size. The tenant must have high FICO, strong income and exceptional background to qualify. Furthermore, each room CANNOT have more than one person occupying the space. Occupancy Permit is anticipated from the City of Richmond to be granted late 2nd or early 3rd quarter of 2025. If you are interested, you can email the landlord and get on the waiting list.
