Our goal is to provide a clean, comfortable, and affordable home for professionals and long-term guests. We ask everyone to be respectful of fellow residents, shared spaces, and quiet hours, which are observed daily from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Visitors are welcome in first-floor common areas between 8:00 AM and 8:00 PM. Overnight guests are not permitted, and visitors may not access the upper floors where guest bedrooms are located without prior management approval. For everyone's safety and privacy, access codes are for registered guests only and may not be shared. Smoking and vaping are permitted outdoors only. Guests are expected to clean up after themselves, keep bedrooms and common areas reasonably tidy, and use the shared kitchen for all cooking and food preparation. Pets may be approved on a case-by-case basis. Approved pets must be well-behaved, properly supervised, current on flea prevention, and must not create excessive noise, damage, odors, or disturbances for other guests. When owners are away, pets should remain secured in their room unless otherwise approved. Guests may park in our gated off-street parking area behind the home or on the street. The property is also protected by a security system and exterior cameras monitoring entrances, exits, and parking areas to help provide a safe and secure environment for all residents. most.

Welcome to your comfortable home away from home.… This spacious 258-square-foot private bedroom is designed for professionals, remote workers, traveling healthcare staff, contractors, and other guests seeking a clean, affordable, and well-appointed extended stay.
The room offers flexible sleeping arrangements and can be configured with either two twin beds or combined into a king-size setup, making it ideal for colleagues sharing accommodations, couples, or guests who simply appreciate extra space. A large walk-in closet provides ample storage for longer stays, while the dedicated in-room workspace makes it easy to work, study, or manage day-to-day tasks from the comfort of your room.
Located in a quieter area of the home, the room offers a greater sense of privacy while still providing convenient access to all shared amenities. The room includes a keypad entry lock for added privacy and security, as well as a lockable filing cabinet for guests who wish to secure important documents or personal belongings during their stay.
Guests have access to two and a half shared bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, laundry facilities, high-speed Wi-Fi, and inviting common areas. In addition to the workspace within the bedroom, guests also have access to a shared business workstation with 24/7 use of a computer and printer.
The home contains three additional professionally managed guest rooms occupied by other long-term guests. As a result, residents will naturally interact in shared spaces such as the kitchen, bathrooms, and living areas. This arrangement helps keep accommodations affordable while providing a welcoming community atmosphere. We work hard to ensure all guests enjoy a comfortable stay and ask that everyone be respectful, considerate, and mindful of shared spaces and quiet enjoyment for others.
For added support, an on-site house manager resides at the property. While they maintain a separate full-time daytime job, they hold regular office hours during evenings and weekends and are available by phone for emergencies. The host is also available should assistance be needed.
For added comfort and security, the property includes gated off-street parking, exterior security cameras monitoring entrances and outdoor common areas, a security system, and an individual window air-conditioning unit in the bedroom, allowing guests to control their own cooling preferences during warmer months.
This property is professionally managed and maintained with cleanliness, comfort, and practicality in mind. Located in a working-class residential neighborhood, guests appreciate the value, convenience, and amenities offered compared to more expensive extended-stay options.
