The lease is a one year lease but can be renewed. The first month's rent of $1200 is due upon signing the lease. Besides the obvious which is to respect the other mobile home tenants, there are only two very simple requirements as a tenant: 1) Pay the rent on time every month on or before the first day of the month 2) Keep the mobile home clean both inside and outside.
