I am advertising this house extra early because I have already had two groups approach me about it. I had originally planned to advertise in December. When I have enough groups express interest in it, I will schedule an open house on a Saturday for a half hour.

Two car garage with additional parking for two cars in driveway. Gardener, dishwasher, microwave, trash compactor, garbage disposal for limited use, refrigerator, washer, dryer, hardwood floors, soft water service, pest control service, attic storage, and paid garbage. No smoking, no pets.
It is best suited for a group of four, but I have had successful groups of five.

Owner pays for trash, soft water service, reverse osmosis, minimal gardening, and pest control service. There are two permits for street parking, and there is space for two cars in the garage and two cars on the driveway. Even though there is a concrete pad big enough for a car beside the driveway, it is illegal to park a car there. All parents will be required to sign a contract that they are responsible for all of the rent. I know this sounds like a lot (I have signed such a contract for my own children when they were in college), and I have never had to use this backup in the 26 years I have rented this house.
