Lease terms

One month of security deposit if credit score is over 700. Two months of security deposit required if credit score below 700 (TBD depend on situation). 700+ credit score. Send applications along with employment history, 3 months' pay- stubs and 3 months of FULL bank statements. (Information will not be shared with anyone else other than landlord) Background check will be conducted after applications were selected by landlords. (Tenant will be responsible for the screening fees) Applications will be provided upon request. All tenants over 18 years old must be on the lease and fill out an application, background check will be conducted. Tenants' income needs to be at least 3x of monthly rent. NO SMOKING ALLOWED. Tenants are required to purchase renter's insurance before moving in. Tenants will be responsible for all utilities and yard maintenance. Pet Policy Copies of valid Driver's Licenses. No eviction history, no bankruptcy history etc. Security deposit needs to be submitted within 24 hours upon an executed Lease.
