I have a 4 bedroom townhouse and I'm only renting ONE bedroom to a well deserving tenant. The room is located on the main 3rd floor. This is a gated community with live guards roaming & watching the gate. The tenant we are looking for have a verifiable job, verifiable job history, verifiable references of previous address. Unfortunately we do not allow work from home tenant as per HOA rules & regulations. We DO NOT allow VISITORS & SLEEPOVERS of any kind with respect to other tenants living in the townhouse. We practice courtesy, cleanliness, kindness, honesty & respect in the house. Strictly no smoking/vaping, no illegal drugs/marijuana, no alcohol consumption and no loud noise allowed after 9:00 pm. No PETS of any kind. We expect you to clean as you go in common areas or if you use the kitchen, dining, living room and laundry area. All utilities included except electric. Rent is due every first of the month for $850. The security deposit is $850. (refundable as long as no damage in the room) $100 for gate key, garage remote key, house key & room key fully refundable upon return) application fee $75 for background check by Experian or Transunion. If you know you can't meet the requirements above please don't apply as we will consider only one that meets our criteria.
