Rent is $1850 per month and includes all utilities. The bedroom and home office are unfurnished and each has one closet. Bedroom is 10 x 12.5 feet, office is 10 x 10.5 feet. The main living areas are furnished. Amenities include central AC/heat, and laundry in the basement. Kitchen includes a dishwasher, gas range/oven with ventilation, refrigerator, chest freezer, microwave, a Kitchenaid stand mixer and a Ninja Flip air fryer. There is a two car garage, as well as easy parking in the neighborhood. The house has a quaint backyard with a beautiful tree-shaded patio. Patio is furnished with a table and chairs, as well as a small gas grill.

I am a working professional looking for a clean and considerate housemate. I love to cook and spend a lot of my free time doing art in the basement. I enjoy hosting DnD once or twice a month.
