Lease term is for 12 months. Owner will pay for lawn maintenance and pest control. Utilities are the responsibility of the renter. Tenant Expectations: There will be NO smoking inside the home or on the screened in back patio. Tenants are expected to keep the home clean, sanitary, and undamaged, use appliances and systems reasonably, and report problems promptly. In Florida, tenants are also generally responsible for the cleanliness of plumbing fixtures, proper trash disposal, and avoiding damage beyond normal wear and tear. Owner will perform an in-person house check every 60 days to verify the condition of the home with the renters present.
