There is a laundry Matt less then a block away! Typically street parking isnt much of a issue in our area other then holidays and busy summer weekends. But we understand that it's not ideal but the location of being the 2nd house from the entrance to the beach and walking distance to everything in Ob definitely makes up for the inconvenience of parking with the once in a lifetime experience of living practically on the beach!!
