We have one wonderful room available in a delightful and charming renovated vintage home in the super desirable MIDTOWN community!!…
This large home consists of 5 bedrooms, a recently renovated and updated kitchen, a super large Great Room, renovated bathrooms, luxury vinyl vinyl flooring throughout the majority of the home, huge fenced yard and situated within all the incredible amenities of Midtown,...pubs, shops, restaurants, etc., as well as walking distance to Downtown and Riverfront!! Biking to UNR is approximately 9 minutes, (1.5 miles).
Four of the five bedrooms are currently rented and so just looking to fill the one available room.
The room is a large upstairs room with an original built-in dresser along with large window opening to a quiet side yard. Also includes lots of closet, and Storage space! A large full bathroom is shared with one other roommate. Includes new mini blinds and blackout drapes.
The tenants and ambiance of the home is warm, friendly, inviting and all tend to look out for one another. The Current roommates are in their 20's or 30's. Most are busy with various professions or academic studies, but love to gather in the kitchen, great room or yard. Its both a welcoming environment and also allows for your independence and privacy.
Apart from this, the roommates all have varying interests such as gardening, nutrition, creative cooking, video games, music, mountain biking, kayaking, skiing and just relaxing and hanging out!!
Really looking forward to adding a new roommate to our friendly abode!!
