This listing is technically for 1 furnished bedroom and a shared bathroom in a house, but I, your only roommate and the owner, am there extremely… minimally (only a few days a month), so the rest of the house would also mainly be yours. The main level is currently considered unfurnished (so I am showing unfurnished photos), and you'd want to bring a couch and dining set if you have them. The kitchen is fully furnished and usable upon your first day. The selling point of the house is a top-level sun room with views of Lake Superior! Full laundry in the unfinished walkout basement, where there is ample storage for anything else of yours. Street parking in the front and 1 off-street parallel parking space in the back off the alley.
-Electric baseboard heat in the bedroom to control temperature, furnace heat in rest of house, no A/C
-Basic wifi provided, extra at your cost
-No cable tv
-Bedroom for rent has bed frame and mattress (bring your own linens)
-Closet space in bedroom with shelves and 2 hanging bars
-Decorated shared bathroom (feminine)
Female roommate preferred. No pets (I am allergic to all the furry kinds). Split utilities. Month-to month lease preferred, minimum 2 months.
As for living with me: I am super easy-going! When I am home, I like to share time with my family and enjoy the outdoors as much as possible.
The house will be undergoing some more major exterior projects in the upcoming year, so there will be times that the house is under construction, but the interior is fully finished and the modern kitchen doesn't fall short of any modern provisions!
