1 private bedroom for rent. This is a month-to-month room rental agreement with a minimum stay of three (3) months. After the initial three-month period, the agreement automatically continues on a month-to-month basis unless terminated by either party according to applicable state law and the notice requirements outlined in this agreement. Before approval, each applicant must provide: Completed rental application Valid government-issued photo identification Background check authorization Income or employment verification Previous landlord references (if applicable). Rent includes: Use of shared common areas. This home is intended to provide a peaceful and respectful living environment for everyone. The tenant agrees to: Respect the privacy of others. Keep noise to a reasonable level. Be considerate of shared living spaces. No smoking/ vaping inside. No illegal drugs or drug-related activity. No parties or large gatherings. No overnight guests. No pets.
