Two of the four bedrooms are big enough to share and have ensuite bathrooms (one ensuite bedroom on each floor, 3 bedrooms upstairs and one downstairs). 2 permit parking spots and at least one driveway space are available. There is a full-size washer and dryer on the premises. Fenced in yard and the first floor opens up to outdoor patio space from both the dining room and the bedroom (en-suite) on the first floor. The home has beautiful views of Cerro San Luis Obispo or "Madona Mountain" (part of the famous chain of volcanic peaks called the Nine Sisters), and world-class hiking is minutes away. 5 tenant limit. Student applications are welcome, co-signers and renters insurance are required. Tenants pay utilities - water, electric, gas, garbage, internet/phone. This rarely available property has a new owner, and during the month of July, interior painting, re-furbish of kitchen cabinets, and other interior upgrades will be completed. Please note that the interior garage space is not included in the rental lease.
