This is a fully furnished short term winter rental will all utilities included.… The property backs up to Lake Holly and is a three story duplex with 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms. It is located on a secluded deadend street so you wont have to deal with beach traffic and their is dedicated parking. If you choose to stay in, the backporch is perfect for enjoying the abundant wildlife in the shallow estuary of Lake Holly. If you want to venture out, it is a short walk to the oceanfront or Rudy's Inlet. There are three dedicated parking spaces at the house. The house has been completely remodeled: hardwood floors, updated bathrooms, tile floors, bay windows, and Trex decking. The masterbedroom is on the third floor and has its own bathroom, large closet, and vaulted ceilings. The second floor has an open floor plan with the kitchen, living room, dining room, and half bath. The first floor has two bedrooms, laundry room (w/ new washer/dryer), storage room, and full bath. The backyard has a 6' fenced yard. The house is completely furnished. We are interested in renting to stable, responsible adults. We are not willing to rent to anyone who wants a late night party house! The rental rate is potentially negotiable based on number of tenants and deposit amount put down. All utilities are included.
