APPLICANTS: Application Fee: $50 per household member over the age of 18. Tenant responsible for all utilities, lawn care/snow removal and pest control. Renter's insurance is required. This is a NON-SMOKING home. *Complete background, landlord, criminal and credit checks required. * Proof of income equal to 3x the monthly rent. * Minimum credit score of 640+ or higher with a history of financial responsibility. * Reliable and verifiable residential and income history. * No bankruptcies/evictions/foreclosures. * Verifiable move-in funds in a bank account. * Smoking/vaping NOT permitted. * Housing Vouchers not accepted at this time. Pet Policy: Pets are accepted. $300.00 one-time, non-refundable, pet fee (per pet) is due prior to move-in. $25.00 pet rent, per month, per pet. (MAXIMUM OF 2 PETS). **PETSCREENING IS A REQUIRED PART OF THE APPLICATION PROCESS FOR ALL APPLICANTS** A welcoming environment is paramount to our residents with or without pets as well as animals. To help ensure ALL of our residents understand our pet and animal-related policies, we use a third-party screening service and require EVERYONE to complete a profile. This process ensures we have formalized pet and animal-related policy acknowledgments and more accurate records to create greater mutual accountability.
