During the period of May 21 through May 25, June 13 through July 27, September 3 through September 7, and October- Sunday of Schooner's LobsterFest, each unit is limited to one parking pass. The white sandy beaches and emerald waters of the Gulf of Mexico are just a few steps from this home. Cool off in the beachside pool after a day of sun and sand. Shop for beach gear and souvenirs at any of the nearby beach stores. Shipwreck Island Waterpark is only a short drive away and provides fun even for young guests. ZooWorld offers up-close animal interactions minutes from the condo, and WonderWorks will amaze everyone with the interactive learning and huge upside-down building! The resort is waterproofing and doing concrete repairs to the walkways and building, with the project ongoing through March 2026. Both front ramps will be blocked, but the stairs will remain open. If anything needs to be rolled into the building, please use the 3rd-floor crosswalk. Check-in is at 4 PM CT (5 PM Spring Break and Major Holidays). Quiet hours are between 10 PM and 9 AM.
