Lease terms

Additional $30 a month fee for small dogs (under 25 LBS) $50 a month fee for larger dogs (Over 25 LBS). That price is per animal. Can discuss in more detail if needed. No smoking in the home. There is a 2 car garage and driveway for parking. On street parking is allowed on one side of the street. Rent will be $2500 with a $2500 security deposit. If damage is done in excess of the security deposit additional fees may be required to cover repair/cleaning of property. Renter will be responsible for all utilities including electric, water, trash, sewer and gas. Water, sewer, and trash are all on one bill through the village. All utilities will be put in renters name. Renter will be required to maintain maintenance such as filter replacement for furnace and yard maintenance. Grass must be mowed and maintained to village code. Can discuss other arrangements for lawn care if tenant is not able to perform yard maintenance. Will have interior photos done at later time as I get it ready. Targeting availability to start August 1st.
