About the building
This unique building has a one bedroom plus den unit coming available for October 1st.… It is an old, school building with very large hallways and very quiet. There is cinder-block construction so the units are pretty sound-proof and very private.
The one bedroom plus den is about 950 square feet and features a 4 season porch overlooking a large yard with a lot of old growth trees. The kitchen is clean and has a lot of cabinet, counter and cupboard space with a built in microwave and dishwasher. The Den has French doors and a ceiling fan. The windows in the condo are large, face west and bring in a lot of sun-shine. The bathroom features a separate tub and shower. There are very high ceilings. There is a nice sized storage unit and one indoor parking space included with the rent of the unit. This unit rents for $1,375/month.
This building is very quiet and is near the Medtronic headquarters, a new Super Target and Menards. There are good restaurants in the area and you are close to 694, but not close enough to hear it when you sit on your patio in the summer. The patio opens onto an enormous yard with an ample number of old growth trees.
You have to take a look because my descriptions do not do any justice! We have a very responsive management team with 24 hour call answering.
