We do require all renters to pay a damage insurance of $129, a cleaning fee - which is based on your length of stay and a booking fee which is 5%. If paying by credit card there will be a 4% service fee and any dates under 31 days will have a transient occupancy tax required by the City of San Diego.

Walk to local amenities including Valley Farms Market, several bars and restaurants, gyms and fitness studios, and world renowned Windansea Beach. Things you should know. This is a Non Smoking home. No smoking allowed. This home has a maximum occupancy of 4. Maximum occupancy is strictly enforced. There is 1 exterior camera pointed toward stairs and gate entrance This home is pet friendly. For homes that allow pets there are certain rules that always apply. Pets are never to be left alone in the homes uncrated. If you plan on spending time away from your pets please find a doggy day care or crate your pet. You can call our office for recommendations or check the Welcome Book. There will be a $40/Night pet fee if brining a Pet. For longer stays you can inquire about our flat weekly and monthly rates. This home is part of a 6 unit apartment complex. You have shared common walls with the adjoining units. Each unit has their own private balcony area. This home is located in a quiet apartment complex and is only suitable for quieter groups. Our rental agreement includes a no tolerance policy regarding excessive noise, occupancy and/or parties. Deposit forfeitures and/or evictions are strictly enforced. Quiet hours start at 9pm and end at 8am. Please be mindful of our neighbors during your stay. The property's quiet hours are in place to ensure that you and our whole community can enjoy a restful night's sleep. We are dedicated to protecting our guests and neighbors from bothersome levels of noise. In an effort to do so, this property is equipped with NoiseAware technology.
