Typical lease terms are 12 months, other terms can be discussed at other rates. We do a separate application/background check that is through Rent Perfect. Please send your email and phone number and we will send you a link to complete. Any applicants over 18 years old will need to sign the lease and do the application/background check. Once the application/background check is complete and you are approved for the home, we can set up the earliest available time to walk through the home if it is not occupied. You are welcome to drive by the home prior to completing an application so you have a general overview understanding of the area and the home. Please do not disturb any current occupants. Th1s home is very well built and energy efficient. As an example, a family of 6 has reported a monthly average of approx. $230 for Electricity, Water, Sewer, Gas, and trash. Many other homes this size would be well over that just for electricity! Pets are allowed, a pet fee of $250 per pet is non-refundable, and additional $50 per month per pet. For pet owners Tenant must agree to have the home professionally cleaned prior to moving out.
