This is a non-smoking property, and any evidence of smoking or vaping indoors or outdoors will incur a $400 housekeeping expense. Parties and events are prohibited. Children are welcome. Tampering with or disabling electronic monitoring devices is prohibited. The fireplace is for decorative purposes only and is strictly prohibited from use. Adherence to occupancy policies and limits is strictly enforced. Checkout is at 10 am, with a $50 cleaner trip fee if the cleaning team cannot access the property due to a delayed checkout. Standard transaction and processing fees are non-refundable. A surcharge will be applied to cover additional card-processing and administrative costs for refunds. Mid-stay cleans are required for stays of 40-60 nights, and a deep clean replaces the standard checkout clean for stays over 60 nights. Any mid-stay clean, deep clean, restocking, or extra inventory requests are charged separately. Any additional charges above the standard cleaning fee will be collected after confirmation or once stay thresholds are reached. Trained service animals are exempt from pet fees. Emotional Support Animals are not considered service animals and are not eligible for fee exemptions. Failure to disclose an ESA before arrival results in applicable pet and cleaning fees. Mail should not be sent to the rental. The property utilizes a septic tank; only toilet paper should be flushed. Guests are responsible for any damage to the rental property caused by them or their party during their stay. The host may charge the guest, apply any deposit/waiver, or file a claim for damages beyond normal wear and tear. High-speed Wi-Fi is available throughout the home, making it remote work-friendly. The upstairs laundry room includes an ironing board and iron, providing a convenient set-up for work-related needs.
