This is a pet-friendly home upon approval, with fees applying based on the length of stay: $25 per pet, per night for 1-6 nights, $15 per pet, per night for 7-28 nights, and $10 per pet, per night for 29+ nights. Outdoor areas are intended for quiet enjoyment. Please note there is no parking on the grass and no street parking, though overflow parking spots are available.

In the event of a system failure, neither the property owner nor management shall be liable for damages, and no refunds will be given, though efforts will be made to repair the system. Management is not liable for loss, damage, or inconvenience caused by weather, natural disasters, pests, construction, or other unforeseen occurrences. Guest personal property is not insured by the owner against loss or damage. Guests agree to be responsible for any damage to the rental property. All payments are nonrefundable unless canceled within 24 hours of booking confirmation. Standard transaction and processing fees are non-refundable. A surcharge will be applied to cover additional card-processing and administrative costs for refunds. For bookings over 40 nights, mid-stay or deep cleaning may be required and charged separately. Extra guests beyond the property's bed count will incur an additional fee of $25 per person, per night. The propane grill is available for use; please clean it after use and ensure the knob is left in the off position. Do not leave children unattended while using the grill.
