Lease terms

Lease Term: Six (6) months 1. Lease Term The rental agreement is for a six-month lease term, beginning on the agreed-upon move-in date and ending six months thereafter, unless otherwise agreed to in writing by both parties. 2. Rent and Move-In Payment The renter is responsible for paying the agreed monthly rent in accordance with the lease. First month's rent, security deposit, and last month's rent are due at signing before possession of the apartment is provided. 3. Utilities The renter is responsible for water, electricity, gas and other utilities/services assigned to the renter under the lease. 4. No Smoking Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment and on the property. This includes cigarettes, cigars, vaping devices, and other smoking products. 5. No Pets No pets are permitted in the apartment or on the property without the landlord's prior written approval. 6. Condition of Premises The renter agrees to maintain the apartment in a clean and sanitary condition and to promptly notify the landlord of any damage or maintenance issues. 7. Complian The renter agrees to comply with all applicable laws, building rules, and reasonable property requirements throughout the lease term.
