Lease Terms Apartment A 51 Mullis Street, Fairburn, GA Please review the following rental terms before applying: * Lease Term: 6-month minimum lease. * Security Deposit: Two (2) months' rent due before move-in. * Rent Due: Monthly rent is due on the 1st of each month. * Late Fee: A $50 late fee will be charged if rent is not received within five (5) days of the due date. * Fully Furnished: Apartment includes furniture, appliances, high-speed Wi-Fi, cable service, and access to a full-size washer and dryer. * No Smoking: Smoking and vaping are not permitted inside the apartment. * No Pets: Pets are not allowed. If an unauthorized pet is found on the property, a $250 pet assessment will apply, in addition to any cleaning, repair, or damage charges. * Renters Insurance: Proof of renters insurance is required before move-in and must be maintained throughout the lease. * Property Care: Tenants are expected to care for the apartment and all furnishings. Any damage beyond normal wear and tear to furniture, appliances, or equipment is the tenant's responsibility and will be charged accordingly. * Application Requirements: All applicants are subject to income verification, a background check, and rental history review. * Move-In Requirements: Approved application, first month's rent, security deposit, and proof of renters insurance are required before move-in.
