You will be provided a safe living condition and very safe neighborhood. the yard is maintained by the landlord. Snow removal is minimal since it does not snow very much here anymore. Background check will be performed. You must have at least a 700 credit score. I will also be checking references. You will absolutely love this home due to the very large fence backyard for any pets you may have. There are dishes, pots, and pans, utensils, and anything else that you would need in this home for your comfort and liking. I will rent this property on a month-to-month basis or up to a year.
