There is no gas utility to worry about--all appliances are electric. Internet will be your responsibility to set up with local service providers. Previous tenants had a connection so it will simple be a matter of getting a router from the Xfinity store (or the provider of your choice). To qualify, you must have a 600+ credit score and verifiable, consistent income documented via a recent paystub and 2025's W2 (or equivalent). Gross income must be 3x or greater than annual rental dues. Renters insurance is HIGHLY ENCOURAGED but not required. DO NOT use Zillow to apply or to schedule a tour, I will contact you here with my phone number and we will coordinate a time to visit. DO NOT use the Zillow request application, I run that through leaserunner at the cost of $40 per applicant. You will not be given an application until after we meet in person to discuss the requirements to apply, the lease and any other questions you may have. Thank you.
