The home is split level so the upper unit and lower unit are rented out separately, therefore the home is shared, but divided and rented out to two groups. The listing that is available for rent is the upper unit which is the 2nd floor of the house. -Rent: $3,000 monthly. This is a one year lease. -Water, sewer, trash: $125 per person per month -Heating and electricity flat fee of $175 per month regardless of usage -Pet fee of $35 per month (under 50lbs). No pets over 50 lbs. -No Smoking -The landscaping of the property are expected to be maintained and kept from significant overgrowth by the Renter. External property maintenance is the responsibility of the residents. This maintenance generally includes mowing the front yard, keeping the property free of significant weed overgrowth, keeping gutters clear from significant debris build-up, and clearing fallen leaves and debris.
