Fulton Friendship House is a three-story, 64 unit, affordable and supportive apartment complex on a 34-acre site in Johnstown, NY. The building is laid out across two residential wings connected by a central hub, with 31 units of affordable workforce housing and 21 units of housing for individuals in need of supportive services. The project also includes the relocation of 12 supportive housing units currently subsidized by the NYS Office of Mental Health. We are currently accepting applications for 1 -2 bedroom apartments. Individuals & families with incomes at low-moderate levels. 1 - 2 bedroom units available, rents range from $669 - $799 (utilities are NOT included). Income limits & other eligibility restrictions apply. Note: Utilities not included (water and trash is included). Residents must meet basic requirements including meeting the income requirements, both minimum and maximums; able to pass a thorough background check; able to obtain utilities and able to pay deposit and first-month's calculated rent.
