Lease terms

Tenant agrees that the full security deposit and first month's rent must be paid prior to the move-in date. Landlord will not provide access to the premises until both payments have been received in full. Tenant shall not host or permit any parties, events, or large gatherings on the premises at any time without prior written consent from the Landlord. Violation of this clause shall constitute a material breach of this lease and may be grounds for immediate termination of tenancy and eviction, subject to applicable law. All furniture provided with the property must remain inside the home and may not be removed or relocated outdoors. Any damage, loss, or excessive wear to the furniture or household items will be deducted from the tenant's security deposit to cover repair or replacement costs. Parking is limited to one (1) vehicle per unit.
