Close to Stanford hospital, Sequoia Hospital/Dignity Health, Kaiser Hospital, Palo Alto Medical Foundation, Oracle, Electronic Art, Facebook, Google, Box, and many high tech and biotech companies.

Separate entrance, driveway parking. Tenant's own separate living room with balcony overlooking SF bay, separate floor, separate central AC/heating.
Shared WIFI, house gym, washer/dryer. Both front and back yard has sitting areas with privacy. Utilities will be equally shared.
Light cooking, convection oven, toaster, microwave, coffee maker, full size fridge and a lot of cabinet space. No access to house main kitchen.
We are mature busy professional, quiet, totally there are 3 people living in this big 3400sf house including the owner and tenant. The rooms are far apart from each other on opposite site of the house and on different floor. Each has his/her bathroom.
Requirements: single occupancy, full time working professional, not working at home more than 2 days/week, quiet (no loud music, TV, etc.), clean, no visitors without approval, no strong smell of any kind, no smoking. Month to month or lease. Prefer long term.
Proof of income, credit report, tenant screening required.
