Lease terms

READ BEFORE CALLING: KINDLY! - We only offer 12 month lease, breaking the lease security deposit is automatically become none refundable. - The photos listed are current and true. - The rent amount is listed. - The security deposited amount is listed. - There is off street private parking. - All yard maintenance is the responsibility of the Tenants. There is NO sub-leasing authorized. - Tenant is responsible for Rent, Water, Electric, Gas and all other utilities. The Electric range with option. - Tenant is responsible for pest control/rodent control upon move-in; they do not come with the homes. - Tenant is responsible for Renters Insurance covering all personal items (Electronics, Furniturishing , Clothing, Accessories, etc) - Landlord is responsible for Termites and other structural damaging pest control. - Landlord is reponsible to Taxes and Home Owners insurance on the property. - Landlord is responsible keep Tenant informed of all policy changes and rent adjustments. The process: - Application is due before consideration, can be found here in Zillow. - Government ID is required. - All paystubs (Earning Statement, W2 or 1099) is requested - NO CASHAPP, PAYPAL and similar for consideration. - Current and Past Landlord contact information is required, by exception only. We DO NOT hold or remove the home without the security deposit. The home is available to all until this point.
