Lease terms

This condo is available for a 12-month lease with an option to renew, subject to owner approval, tenant performance, and any applicable HOA/condominium association requirements. Monthly rent is $1,900, with a required security deposit of $1,900. Tenant is responsible for all utilities not otherwise included by the condominium association or lease agreement. All applicants 18 years of age or older must complete an application and pay the required application fee. Applicants are subject to rental qualification requirements, which may include income verification, employment verification, rental history review, background screening, eviction history review, and credit report review. Renter's insurance is mandatory. Proof of active renter's insurance must be provided before lease signing. The lease will not be signed or finalized without proof of renter's insurance. This is a no-smoking property. Smoking, vaping, or similar activity is not permitted inside the unit. This property has a no-pet policy, except for legally required reasonable accommodations where applicable. Tenant must comply with all HOA/condominium association rules and regulations, including parking, pool/common area use, noise, guest, and community guidelines. Trailers are not permitted in the condo complex. The condo includes two assigned parking spaces. Additional unassigned parking may be available on a first-come, first-served basis, subject to HOA/condominium association rules and availability.
