Lease terms

Rental Policy Utilities: Tenants are responsible for all water, natural gas, and electric utility services. All utility accounts must be transferred into the tenant's name before the move-in date. Proof that the utility accounts have been established (such as a confirmation email, account number, or service activation notice) is required prior to receiving possession of the property. Smoking Policy: Smoking is strictly prohibited anywhere inside the rental unit. Pet Policy: A maximum of three (3) pets is permitted. All pets must comply with the terms of the lease agreement and any applicable pet fees or restrictions. Lawn Care and Snow Removal: Tenants are responsible for lawn maintenance during the growing season and snow and ice removal during the winter season, as applicable, to keep the property safe and in compliance with local ordinances.
